About the Owners

Kreg and Margaret Martin met at a Hobie Cat regatta. Soon falling in love, they shared interests in travel, meeting people from other parts of the world, sailing, and wildlife viewing in and out of the water. Kreg loves the outdoors and observing and photographing marine life. Margaret grew up sailing a 30 ft Monohull Yacht, DJANGO, with her family. She sailed and raced Hobie Cats for many years, loving the smooth responsiveness and speed of catamarans.

Kreg started looking for a cruising Catamaran to meld their mutual interests into real experiences together. The work of trailering a Hobie Cat, raising a 31ft mast, attaching all the rigging, and raising the sails each time before going sailing had gotten old. It was time to find a boat that stayed in the water, ready to sail.

DELPHINE, a Fontaine Pajot Eleuthera 60 Catamaran, caught Kreg's eye.
